By using The Impact Marketplace™, operated by Green Globe Initiative™ (“GGI”), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The Marketplace

GGI provides a platform connecting eco-conscious sellers with buyers. GGI charges a 12% commission on completed sales, 45% of which funds verified conservation programs.

Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for accurate product descriptions, timely fulfilment, and compliance with applicable laws. GGI reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Buyer Protections

Buyers are entitled to a full refund for items not received or significantly not as described. Disputes are resolved in accordance with our Buyer Protection Policy.
